I'm sure there are other methods of doing this but here's what I did:
First, I found the location of the building (the Old Town Square of Prague) on Google Maps and determined that the photo was taken facing Southwest (thanks to the nice little compass icon on street view). Then I went to a website with star information (timeanddate.com) and entered other info from the photo. I set the location to Prague, the time to 1:35am, the date to December 25th (from the foreground decorations, there is a famous Christmas Market in Prague). I have no confirmation it was Christmas Day specifically when this picture was taken, but anytime within about a month of Christmas shows Lepus in the southwest portion of the sky.
